We are proud to be the highest rated gym in the Denver Metro area, and the highest rated CrossFit gym in Colorado according to Google. We have three class types, for people of all ability and skill levels. Balance is for beginners, those recovering from injuries, and anyone who wants a slow start. Intensity is a more endurance oriented HIIT class, and RX is for a balance CrossFit class. Our members are our focus, which is why we are so highly rated.
